SSIS 2012 Package Migration Error : "class not registered."

am trying to export a package from 2008r2 to 2012 that is stored in the package store and I keep getting the "class not registered."
Any help would be appreciated.

Solution : 

Export the package to the file system (local drive), then import into SSIS 2012
